With more than thirty-three percent of renters dedicating at least half of their income to rent, the risk of homelessness looms large, a challenge ENYHDC is determined to meet head-on.

ENYHDC embarked on its mission recognizing the urgent need for affordable housing solutions for low and moderate-income families in East New York. Our commitment has translated into the development of over 350 housing units, with an ambitious plan to introduce more than 600 additional units.
