Affordable Housing Development

ENYHDC develops quality affordable housing through public-private partnerships. Our portfolio includes ground-up construction, acquisition rehab, recapitalization projects, and LIHTC-financed developments. Notable projects include Livonia Phase Two, Van Sinderen Plaza, Eldert Lane, and Broadway Triangle Plaza — representing over 600 units of affordable housing for East Brooklyn families.

NYCHA PACT / RAD Initiative

As the local advisor for Round Nine PACT (Reid Park Rock), ENYHDC plays a central role in the restoration of 1,695 apartments located across 15 NYCHA developments and 87 buildings. This initiative represents a major investment in preserving and improving public housing for East Brooklyn residents through the Permanent Affordability Commitment Together (PACT) program.

Economic Development & Business Support

We foster growth for local manufacturers and small businesses by securing economic development tax incentives and credits from city, state, and federal governments. Our programs have helped businesses secure over $75 million in capital investment, obtain over $25 million in tax incentives, and supported the purchase of over 350,000 square feet of land — creating more than 600 new jobs.
